How much time does it take to fulfill orders?

We process orders within 3 business days.

We use Indian Postal Service for all standard shipping.

Depending on your country, it can take 7-15 business days for you to receive the order once we have shipped.

Is international shipping available?

Yes. We offer international shipping.

Please note that we don’t deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What are shipping charges?

We offer free shipping for all orders in India

Is expedited shipping available?

We offer expedited shipping for customers on a chargeable basis.

Please email us your address and the item that you wish to purchase. We will send you an estimate of the extra cost.

Why is the charge on my credit card different than the amount shown on website?

The pricing showed in various currencies on the website is as per international exchange rates provided by XE.com.

Your credit card issuing bank may charge extra fees and charges over and above that exchange rate for currency conversion for international transactions .

What about customs & duties?

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches you. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

What is the refund and return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy.

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be unused and undamaged. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will send you an email to notify you once your return is received.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.

We will not refund items received in damaged or worn condition.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.

What is the return policy for items received in damaged condition?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact ruchika.gupta@indianbijou.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
